Keylinks Community Services is governed by Directors with over 30 years experience in the operation of services supporting people with disability.
Director
Warren Jackwitz
Warren is a warm and friendly person dedicated and committed to the well-being of our clients, ensuring that they experience a life worth living. Warren oversees the compliances the company must maintain. He will stop and chat with any worker or client, and sees value in every person. Warren holds a Masters degree in Education, along with several certificates relevant to the disability industry. Warren has over 25 years experience in this industry and has seen the huge benefits NDIS has provided to many of this company's clients.
Director
Elana Jackwitz
Elana, is a precise and orderly professional who oversees all the operations and systems within the company. She is responsible for the internal operation of the company and the compliance with external bodies that the company is answerable to. Elana holds a Bachelor of Education and is a qualified naturopath. She understands the needs of the company’s clients and creates processes to ensure the company provides quality services to meet these needs.

Business Development Manager
Elasha Jackwitz
Elasha is a considerate and creative person. She oversees promotional events, including expos and our media sites. She also assists with the development of the company. Elasha is currently studying a degree in Law, and is a qualified Naturopath.
Program Manager
Stuart Hofman
Stuart is a dedicated professional who oversees the delivery of services in our current area of service. He also ensures our plan management department pays client invoices regularly and on time. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting.
Human Resources Coordinator
James Troeger
James is a young professional who's role is to assist with employment relations including interviewing and on boarding of new staff, rostering and ensuring all staff requirements are up to date. James holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a Major in Human Resource Management and a Cert. IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
Client Service Manager
Shannon Gallagher
Shannon is a gentle person with a strong sense of people's needs. Her role is to ensure that our clients receive quality service that is relevant to their needs and that assistance is delivered in a timely manner. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science.
Compassion, Integrity and Dignity of Others
This is what we strive for in our Support Workers. We also encourage our staff to be approachable and engaging with our clients. We work hard to match our clients with Support Workers who have similar interests and who encourage our clients to reach their goals and feel positive about themselves. We do not encourage our staff to simply ‘babysit’. We want our clients to feel like they belong and fit into their community.
