Support Coordination

We are here to work with you through the whole process.

  • Assist you to get the best package for your needs.

  • Explain your package to you so that you know what it means.

  • Help find the support providers who not only meet your needs, but ones you also feel comfortable with.

  • Assist with setting up service agreements with your service providers.

  • Check to ensure that your service providers are providing the supports that meet your needs.

  • Help you resolve conflicts with your service providers.

  • Assist you with preparing for your review

  • We will attend your NDIS meetings at your request

Recovery Coaching

Keylinks Community Services provides fully trained and experienced Recovery Coaches. Our Recovery Coaches are patient and very good at listening to your needs. They will help you understand your NDIS package and connect you with mental health services and supports to meet your individual needs.

Core Support

Keylinks Community Services can provide you with services within core supports.

At Keylinks we ensure short waiting periods for services to commence. To us making sure you have friendly quality services is our priority. Our friendly team are here to help you. We make sure that the staff who support you are handpicked, and have the knowledge and experience to help you meet your NDIS goals.

Plan Management

Keylinks Community Services’ Plan Management team is fully trained and registered with an Australian accounting body.

Our team will help you keep track of your NDIS funds, providing you with a report every month that outlines what you have spent. They will also notify you if you are overspending or not spending enough.

Our team can also tell you how much a service provider can charge you and what service providers your NDIS funding covers.

Our invoice payment system is prompt and within the NDIS plan management payment guidelines.

Support in the Workplace

If you need support to meet your employment goals, Keylinks Community Services can assist you with support workers suitable to your work environment.

We can provide support in any workplace you choose:

Short Stay Accommodation - Respite

At Keylinks Community Services we understand the importance of time-out away from your regular living arrangement.

We also understand that carers sometimes need a short break so that they are able to continue their role. Therefore, respite with Keylinks is tailored to meet both the participant and carer’s needs. Our respites include opportunities to develop new living skills, try new experiences, expand your social skills and relax in beautiful surroundings. Call us to discover how we can tailor a respite - short term accommodation - to meet your and your carer’s needs. We provide beautiful accommodation, great meals, fun and interesting activities and personal care (if required).
